This lovingly furnished apartment can be reached via an external staircase on the south side of the rustic farm house. The view from the covered terrace falls on the hilly, wooded landscape with the medieval village of Sassetta.

 

The large and cozy living room with fireplace has a dining table, a lounging area, a book corner and two additional beds. The bedroom is furnished with two comfortable beds (90/200 cm), a wardrobe and a small dressing table. The marble tiled bathroom is equipped with a comfortable bathtub. The practically designed kitchen is equipped with cooking utensils, a large refrigerator with freezer compartment and a stove with oven. The pizza oven on the premises can be used on request. A washing machine is in the nearby laundry house and can be used by arrangement.

In addition to the covered terrace, there is a separate garden patio  with a barbecue area.
